Building Capacity for Data-Driven Improvement

About

Learning Curve Analytics, LLC is a new venture, bringing together educators, leaders, and data analysts to support continuous improvement in schools, systems of schools, and education nonprofits. Founded by Scott Barksdale after a 20+ year career as a teacher, principal, and system leader in both local and charter public schools, our goal is to create high quality partnerships at a reasonable cost by leveraging our network of professionals who understand both data and continuous improvement in K-12 education.

We are driven to help your work count for each student and every educator.

Theory of Action

1.

Why?

Because all students deserve to thrive.

2.

How?

If you have a grounded understanding of what students, teachers, and administrators currently know, feel, and can do;

&

If you have a clear vision of what you want students, teachers, and administrators to know, to feel, and be able to do;

&

If you have an unwavering commitment to an improvement process rooted in collaboration and evidence;

3.

What?

Then you can use collaboration and data for continuous improvement, with higher levels of engagement, growth, and achievement for students, teachers, and administrators.
