Building Capacity for Data-Driven Improvement

Data Analytics

Team-Based Data Inquiry Support or Facilitation

How do we get started? How do we go deeper?

Custom Data Visualizations

Your context is unique – your data visualizations should be, too.

System-level Baselines, Leading Metrics, and Progress Monitoring

Where are we now? How will we know if we are on track to meet our strategic goals?

Metrics & Monitoring Plan

After a Strategic Plan is developed and before it is implemented, a leadership team must develop leading metrics in order to assess and adjust along the path towards meeting strategic goals. Once the action plan is in motion, these leading indicators should be monitored quarterly, semi-annually or annually.

With a Metrics and Monitoring Plan, Learning Curve Analytics, LLC can provide multi-year support for a leadership team, management team, or oversight team. This includes third-party validation for teams or organizations seeking to strengthen trust or credibility with stakeholders. Plans can range from 15 hours to 60 hours annually.
